Goat - whats your opinion on Faried and McGee in Denver? I dont see the new coach utilizing these talents enough but maybe im missing something.

Would you be playing Hickson and Faried in a timeshare?

Faried is a good player imo. He's athleticism at the position is unmatched save for a few guys like a Griffin. McGee also has unparalleled athleticism. Both players need more polished low post games for Denver to rely on them come the 4th quarter. I think that Hickson is a better option if for example you're coming out of a time out and want to dump the ball in the low post or a run a high pick and roll.

I would be playing them in a time share because of their diff skill sets, but Faried is overall the better player. I don't know this coach or know how he operates so these are the kinds of teams I usually stay away from. If I can't anticipate their adjustments then I'm not gonna bet on that team.

Faried will never develop an offensive skillset. He will always be a hustler and rebounder and dunk guy. McGee has a little more natural skill but he's too dumb to ever really develop either. A big man who is good for shot blocking and alley oops and the occasional soft touch shot.

The Nuggets are not a playoff team. I have said this from Day 1 and will continue to say this.

Anyway word from Denver is that there is supposedly already tension between Shaw and guys like Faried and McGee, mainly due to his no nonsense and surprisingly conservative attitude (Which makes Denver a strange choice to coach for him, as there was interest elsewhere)

Agree 100% with T-Wiz - Denver isn't getting anywhere near the playoffs this season. Probably lucky to win 35 (even with their unique home court advantage).

I spent 5 mins using search to see how bad goats record is.

So far ive found him losing every single NFL play posted, with no dollar amounts of course

Next, we see him coming back with a ghost account lamb chops or something, and losing all 3 plays.

Then in the same thread yisman posts a great link of Goat Milks Miami predictions, every single one is wrong. He GUARANTEES them going 74-8. Guarantees they will win the championship (this is the year they lost to Dallas) Weird for a guy who knows everything about basketball to be so wrong, right? Other guarantees if you dont wanna look:Goat initially guaranteeing Lebron would never join Wade. goat projecting stats for each player (Way off, obviously) Etc.

We have him down 6k+ over the course of the regular season and post season because of the 2-27 streak On top of this we have various threads for individual games losing from 400-1000 per game (ML and Spread) It seems he was down so much in his season long thread he stopped posting in it and he just started posting individual games. The biggest is a 1500 play on the Knicks which lost like the other ones.

We have him betting 1K on Miami to win the series vs Dallas before the series starts. Loss
Then betting another 1100 on Miami to win the series down 3-2. Loss

So we have him down 10K over the course of 2 months here.

His NBA thread last year he was down around 1K before he quit posting in it. Plus the 5k he lost in the NFL playoffs last year alone.
