It may just be time to ride the hot team but I have a thing about fading teams off overwhelmingly successful road trips (except elite teams obviously). It used to work really well but has been rocky-ish of late.

Suns have struggled with the East at home FWIW. Lost to the Cavs, Wizards, Bulls, Nets, Heat and had all kinds of trouble with the Celtics and Pistons.

Ok thanks. I think I will play them. The Hawks lost again tonight so they should have some motivation even though you never know with them. If it were a reliable team instead of the fukking Knicks I may have gone really heavy but I'll just go 3-5x I reckon (still pretty big).

They'd better. The only people who will care about that awful game might me Knicks fans but I think they'll be out of it by then. Although I'd like for them to get in as I have no interest in watching Atlanta in the playoffs.

At least the Knicks have talent. Hawks would be like the Bucks last year. They shouldn't allow you into the playoffs unless you can get 40 wins.

The West is gonna be a bloodbath. Do you have a set idea on what's gonna happen there? I honestly have none at this point.

I still believe Spurs will go down before the WCF. I like Clippers to win the West. How about you?

I'm kind of in the dark at this point. The Clippers will be a solid side in my mind, I said that last year but last year they had Vinny Del Negro and a flawed Griffin.

Spurs will probably lose if they face OKC but if they can avoid them they'll still be an annoying out. Spurs/Clippers would be an interesting series.

I don't know if any upsets would be possible even if the bottom 3 sides (assuming Suns are the odd one out) will be good teams. The top 3 are just that good. Portland would def have a shot vs Houston but I don't know if that counts as an upset.

That's why I faded them a couple times last week - was sure Pop would not let the streak go on too long having the playoffs in mind.

Look at what happened to them in 2012. Won 20 straight until they finally lost in game 3 in OKC and they looked like a spent team in the last 4 games of that series.

I fell asleep that night. I woke up the next morning and put the game on not knowing the score. I swear I KNEW what was going to happen but couldn't live bet I was going fukking crazy.

But it all ended up ok as I killed the finals. Such an easy series that year. Still remember the thread from that year you had.
