Wow, Back to back 120+ point AZZ WHUPPINGS. I thought the Clippers had fallen apart, and that was before the injuries? How did they suddenly learn that basketball is a TEAM sport?

Are the Clippers the new OKC or Minn (terrible SU but GREAT ATS)?

Yes, I know but these are the same Clippers who could not play before they left. Did they just get out of rehab? Basketball basics bootcamp? Do they play high on PCP?

well, I think Davis has been injured and Camby was injured at the beginning of the season and then later, so they probably didn't play much together. Gordon has also improved since the beginning of the season, as well as Jordan.

the clippers are a pretty good squad (when healthy). they should be a good ML play against mediocre teams.

I see, so the injuries have kept the best group from playing together and the last two days was the first time they play together.

We will have to keep an eye on these cats.

For now they make the who's hot list.

to be honest when i saw the roster they had this year i thought they were gonna be a team to beat. but then when all the injuries took place they crumbled. but yeah when they are a healthy team they can be pretty damn good..

They are a different squad with Randolph in the line up. Plus when they don't have to play with limited players.

When you look at who they have, it's pretty damn good...

                  Camby - Randolph - Thornton - Gordon - Davis
Jordan, Ricky Davis, Novak on bench

                  and Kaman still injured

Aren't they better off with Kaman OUT of the line up? Isn't he some kind of retard or rabble rouser?

not at all. last year he averaged a double-double and this year while playing he is close to averaging a double-double as well.

I don't get how they blow out two teams on the road on back to back nights.

Yeah, that's puzzling to me too. They whooped Memphis and Atlanta. I didn't even know the Clippers were capable of scoring 120+ points on consecutive nights. Anyhow, that team has too much talent to have that kind of record. Injuries did them in this season but if they're healthy, they can be very good. Problem is, Davis and Camby have always been injury prone and now I'm starting to think that Kaman is too. Gordon and Thornton will continue to improve and Randolph is solid on the low block. Their guys just need to be healthy for a whole season and they'll be fine for next season.

Let's recap the past week for the Clippers:

Randolph had missed more games than played for the Clippers. Kaman and Randolph have played a total of 1 game together. Elton choosing not to sign with the Clips was a blessing in disguise. Randolph is a total beast once joining the Clips. They are a good team and will continue to win if they can stay healthy.

The Clips have been injured they have talent on paper. I will be taking the same mindset as the hometown Hawks tommorrow has to be a better day than today. I didnt show up today, neither did the Hawks.

randolph is a monster inside, easy 20pts 10 rebs. even if he doesnt defend, they have camby who is there for putbacks and going after penetrations.

You have to consider that sometimes they are underestimated by teams which are lousy 50% of the time like atl. ATL didnt have bibby, who they rely on too much thats why he is licensed to shoot the ball whenever he likes

                                          Nope. In -29, they had:

                                          Thornton
                                          Camby
                                          Baron Davis
                                          Eric Gordon
                                          DeAndre Jordan
                                          Zach Randolph

                                          etc.

In +21 they had the same players.

No one returned to action on Friday night.
