We'll the Nuggets were probably just as disappointed, playing against this JV squad. They were clearly not taking this team seriously after that, that why they made it look close. Nuggets was in clear control since tip off.

Popovich often pulls his starters in the 4th when they are down by more than 12. I've lost many games because of this move and for this reason rarely play the Spurs on the road.

Last night Popovich said he gave Ginobili the night off due to a bruised hip. Also they had a late overtime win at Golden State coming into Denver with little rest he gave Duncan & Parker the night off as well.

Pop would rather trade a couple L's to protect his big three for the playoffs. The way they started out the season shorthanded, I can understand why he is conservative; the team is not getting any younger.
