I won the 10 unit play and was 1-1 on 5 unit plays. I am 12-5 for my NBA posts and have made money every day. the Clippers were great value at +16 yesterday. There is no reason why the Lakers should need to beat them up. The book makers hedge 2-3 points on these games. The smart guys do not trust playing these games even though the spread is off. The Lakers probaby can beat them by more but there is no reason to waste energy on a game like this. The game I lost was a compromise. It would have been a ten unit play but Utah was playing within 24 hours and traveling over 1000 miles!! I am going to do a study on these type of games to see the impact. I will be conservative in the future and pass them until I have evidence one way or other how teams react in this situation, especially in Denver, Utah, and Ariz where the climate is different.cheers
