1st. Line Opened around 185' 86 (depending on the shop)
and yes, The Public is On the Over at about a 70% clip, and Now Look at the Line down to about 183 182 Tells Me The Smart/sharp is also "Hitting" the Under, so, that also makes me feel good about da Play. plus the SimulatOR (sounds like a "super Hero) says, it should be around 174-178 I know thats not real convinceing but couple that with the other factors, I'll "Gamble" on that...
Not what concerns me is OT, also states should be close, leaning towards Cleve. So this Now is a Mid Size Play, Cleve+2 and Under which I got at 185
