That doesn't work for the NBA.

For the NBA for games I use "who's hot / who's cold", when a hot team is playing a cold team that is a play. For 1Q I compare the win% for 1Q for both teams, if the teams are close in win% and the underdog is getting a lot of points I take the underdog.

The 3Q take the 1st half loser is a play that AfricanRoller told the forum about.

Is it the team that lost on the floor, or ATS, in H1 ?

I'm thinking you mean straight up ?

Then Q3 is with a pointspread, right ?

Take the straight up loser of the 1st half. For the 3Q bet this team. If the team is a fav then bet the ML, if the team is a dog then bet the spread.

If you are at a book that lets you play 4Q after the 3Q is ended, if the team you took for the 3Q loses the 3Q then double up on that team for the 4Q.

I sometimes filter using http://www.82games.com/0809/QSORT2.HTM and look at the 3Q win % for both teams. This hasn't really helped much. The 1st Half loser has by far been the biggest indicator of the winner for the 3Q.

If a team is getting massacred and they just look like they are playing very badly I might pass on them for the 3Q. A team the other night that I was watching the game a little bit the players were mad at each other, one player was committing blatant fouls on purpose, the players were cursing out the officials, getting called for technical fouls. They also were down at the end of the 1st Half by 20+ points. They got blown out in the 3Q.

But for every time I stay off a team that I think is doing badly in the 1 Half and they get beat in the 3Q another team comes back and wins the 3Q, so I am not sure that this filter helps very much.

Then use this site to figure out Quarter plays before the game starts.

NBA 2008-09 season player stats by quarter and overtime, including points, rebounds, assists, field goal percentage and more.

Look for matchups where one team has a high win % for a given quarter and the other team has a low win % for the same Quarter.

Nobody in the US is betting on the 1st Q 2 3 4 progressive bets. cuz they only accpet customers outside US

trust man i called like 13 different books from all over the world. my fukcen phone bill is gonna be like $100 bucks

they dont exist

I didn't see 5D opening Q4 after Q3, but they do have Q's 3 and 4 at the half.

There are only about 6 or so books I'd trust, so it will have to be 5D or Greek, if I decide to play these.

Hey Guys,

I've been trying to track down a respectable online book, that takes NBA 4th quarter bets once 3rd quarter ends and allows US players, but have been unsuccessful at this point. I've tried searching SBR for some info on the matter and have been unsuccessful with that as well. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be freakin awesome. Thanks.
