I don't know how much any of you guys know about poker and what happens at tables. But, I was sitting at a table and the Bad Beat Jackpot was hit. NO I WILL NOT EXPLAIN THAT, IT WOULD TAKE FOREVER.

So, If anyone knows what that means, it means I got a heafty amount of money. The jackpot was $24,000. The loser of the hand got 12K. The winner got 6K. And, the remainder 7 of us split 6K and got a little more than $850 a piece.

Minus like 300 I lost at tables, plus winning personally about $125 from poker, so overall cashed about $675.

I play at Turning Stone which is a small casino in New York. You can be 18 to play there rather than the bigger casinos where you must be 21. So, the jackpot doesn't go up as fast. Aslo, I think before today it was hit like 2 weeks ago, so that probably didn't help.

is aces full of queens counted as bad beat there? in the casinos i know, it has to be at least quad 8s before it can be qualified as bad beat...
