The Timberwolves are currently on a hot streak. 5 straight, and 7-3 in their last 10.

My first mind tells me to take Miami but follow the linemovement if you really want to play this game. If it mov eit -1.5 or -2 than I will pound Miami

Phuck the line movement. I'm pounding Miami -1 like a $2 dollar hooker. If you have to watch the line movements on this game, your drunk. Minny has been playing low level teams. Minny is not on Miami's level. Period....

Remember Miami come from O/T in Sacramento also with the airplane debarcle. Plus a hard fought to-the-wire game @ Lakers

Let's not forget before their recent 7-2 run vs sub .500 teams the T-Wolves lost 13 straight. Now that is pretty tough to do. Also Minny hasn't beat a plus .500 team since November 23rd. Miami clearly didn't give a chit about the whole plane debacle. They hung tough with a top team in the Lakers. Miami -1 is a steal.

Minnesota ML is the value play here especially if the public do well enough to move the Miami line to say Miami -2½. Miami are inconsistent. They play well against better teams and struggle against mediocre teams.

I think Miami will lose this one the same way the New Orleans lost to New York. There are no "guaranteed" favorites in NBA games.

Miami -1.5
The reason the line is -1.5 is because the Heat have lost seven of their last eight road games against the Timberwolves, averaging only 87.6 points.
I still like miami here Minn has no one to match up with wade, beasley is playing amazing and Cook is back and looks great!!!!
Value bet with Miami -1.5

no1 has any1 to match up vs wade, thats y he averages more points a game than ne1(still the case right? havent checked in a bit). If miami loses, its because the team plays well as a hole. Minn is on a tear, and as wilforth pointed out their at home, why do people insist miami has value here?

New York was winless on their road trip and most teams play their asses off the final game of a winless road trip. I don't see how you can compare that sitituation to the T-Wolves.

Of course no body can stay with wade (he'll get his as always), but look at Beasleys numebrs off the bench lately.
Minn has picked on sub-par teams at best in ther 5 game winn streak OKC, GS, CHI, MIL, AND MEM...are you kidding me?
Heat have a easy schedule coming up (minn, houston, mil,OKc) before a huge home stand against great teams like orlando Bos and even Atl...Erik Spoelstra knows he has to take advantage of this stretch after losing some down to the wire games with LA, Den, and SA

I can see the books wallets getting fatter as we chat. Miami -1 is a steal? Remember fellas, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Lol.

I capped this one, and came up with the Heat -1. So if by some chance the Timberwolves move to the favorite, I will bet the Heat ML + money.
Otherwise, I will be passing.

I remember people saying the same thing about the Blazers -2 yesterday. Sometimes, you just have to pick the better team.

t-wolves playing good, winning games, and are at home
this team been scoring big
miami not that good overall and recently, also in the middle of a long road trip
similar line-ups and point spread (minny-1) last year and minny won by 10 at home
t-wolves look good

if Miami gets down by more than they are right now(13 points) by the half, then us HEAT backers are in trouble. IMO
We need to be under 10 at the half.

6 at the half. We got a chance. D-Wade is shooting everything short. Also, has he ever heard of the word PASS??? Is there a bigger Ball-Hog in the NBA??
