Lebron James Has Shot 50 percent in the post season 3 times - Kobe NEVER

Here is a Guy Who shot 46 percent in his sophmore season in the playoffs....while Kobe couldn't sniff that until the 05 season where he shot 49 percent....Kobe has NEVER in his career shot 50 percent in the regular season furthermore the playoffs....What on EARTH would make ANYONE believe that Kobe is the better player? Lebron just missed 50 percent this postseason....Where is Kobe in this conversation? In his 10th year in the league he now Lebron has as many Finals MVP's as Kobe...does for his career...mind you Kobe's 2nd coming in a game where he shot 6 for 24...and robbed Paul Gasol who was far more deserving....Again..Where is Kobe in this conversation?

Lebron is the superior player...and has been for the last 6 years...Its time we put this issue to bed once and for all....

i suspect it is Jordan competing still, he can't stop..

He acknowledges that he is the living standard by which players are measured..
so he picks Kobe for two reasons:

1) Kobe is a back-handed compliment.. Kobe IS a Jordan clone.. in choosing Kobe, he chooses himself.

2) Jordan knows that Kobe will never win another Ring, and that Kobe only has two Finals MVPs (only deserved 1)
so, in effect he is creating more distance between himself and Lebron (the individual that he feels is the actual threat)

Jordan does not feel threatened by Kobe, especially when Jackson comes out with a book,
espousing Jordan's leadership, and Kobe's complete lack of it.

Jackson thinks Kobe is a chump as a human being. Let's him know any chance he gets to put him in his place.
Jackson will one day come out and say that if he were forming a team, he would pick Lebron over Kobe.

he TIED his Finals MVP Awards .. that puts him past Kobe, (them Role Pla-Yah) Rings don't count

all the articles now are Lebron vs. Jordan.. statistically projected to pass him in almost every category.

Agreed, people are rarely jealous or threatened by people they feel SUPERIOR to...its only the people WE perceive as a threat to OUR ability to compete at said capacity....The public, the media, Jordan never needed to criticize Kobe as he was never a threat...and nobody thought for a minute he would eventually topple Jordan's accomplishments. Lebron was perceived as a threat to Jordan's dominance from the moment he signed in Miami...and perhaps before....Notice the public was perfectly fine complimenting Lebron and praising his efforts even when he was getting bounced out of the playoffs while he was in Cleveland....They knew he would not win in Cleveland and thus was no threat to Jordan's legacy...he was given the Kevin Durant treatment...but the minute he signs with a better team....all of Lebrons shortcomings, playoff exits, became an issue.....because NOW HE WAS A THREAT.....this is precisely the reason George Karl came out and called it jealousy right form the jump....We saw it again during this past seaosn when he Lebron went on his 5-6 game streak of 50 percent or more from the field....

All of a sudden ESPN is talking to Jordan and throws a Kobe jab at Lebron..but Kobe and the Lakers were so abysmal this season.....the sabotage did not work........Then Magic stepped in with his million dollar offer...here we have a player having a hall of fame season...and the best they could do is chide Lebron on why he won't join the dunk off.....probably hoping he would join the dunk competition and injured himself denying his team a shot at another ring.....Magic did the same thing to Jordan early in his career so it didn't shock me.

I'm over 30.....I will put you over my knee...lol cut that out.........Kobe is not Jordan and neither is Lebron......I saw Jordan's career in its entirety...Kobe's jump shot rivals Jordan's but because Kobe was so inefficient...Jordan gets the knod...plus..he was a better leader....Jordan jump shot....is also superior to Lebron's....and for that reason, Lebron will have games where he simply cannot WIN it in the big moment...if that is what he relies on....but Lebron has an all around game that Kobe has never had and Jordan developed a bit in the latter half of his career..but still is not nearly as good as Lebron's......Lebron has had it for some time now...but Jordan is still GOAT until we see what else Lebron has in store....
