All-Time NBA Starting 5

I thought I would start an interesting debate after seeing Magic Johnson's response on Pardon The Interruption today when asked who he would choose as the All-Time NBA Starting 5. Here was Magic's response:

PG- Isiah Thomas
SG- Michael Jordan
SF- Larry Bird
PF- Kevin McHale/Tim Duncan
C- Kareem Abdul-Jabbar/Bill Russell

I know it's hard to compare players across different eras of basketball, but I'm curious to hear responses.

The only change I make to the list above is replacing Thomas with a virtual tie between Jerry West and Oscar Robertson, and replacing McHale with Karl Malone.

Forgot to read the part that this is Magic's list, not his? And no matter how much you THINK you know about basketball, Magic knows more. Dumbass.

Magic, Michael, Larry, Rodman, Hakeem or Kareem. I know the Worm might be a bit of a head scratcher. But with this line-up I don't need another scorer but would not mind having a guy with a full on motor who can bang and scrap for 20 boards, do the dirty work, run the floor, and get in my opponents head.
