Been following the New Zealand basketball league, Bet365 does live betting on some of the games.

One of their options are always Quarter: Race to 20 points.

The neither hardly ever comes up. Its ten minutes quarters, but a team more often than not gets to 20.

At bet365, in the Newzealand basketball league, the Nelson Giants are playing the Manawatu Jets, Nelson should win easy, but they have the jets as favorites.

(well F me, just gone back and checked, and they only have the Over/Under up, they have taken down the head to head.)
