I think there are a few good teaser opportunities for the plays today.
3 team, 8 point teaser:
- LA Lakers +.5
- Sac Kings +16.5
- LA Clippers +21.5
Other substitutions that would also look nice:
- Bos/Char over 170
- Min/Mem over 186
- Boston Celtics -1
I might mix and match a few of these for tomorrow. I feel fairly confident that both Boston and Lakers can come up with wins, and the two overs listed have already been discussed in a few other threads. Clippers are terrible but seem to perform better on the road and should keep it within 20 (I hope). Sacramento Queens errr... I mean Kings are also terrible but with Martin playing the way he has been they too might/should keep it closer to 10. I actually wouldn't mind taking the other side of a few of these teasers, like Bulls -.5 and if the line jumps for the Hornets then maybe something like + 16.5. Nice thing about a teaser, both sides are/can usually be correct.
As for straight picks, I'm favoring taking the over with Min/Mem at 194. I also like Lakers at -7 (buying the .5). Lakers have already beat the Hornets twice this year in NO by 7 or more.
I'll update with some more games soon, I'd appreciate thoughts and ideas on any of these.
