I can say without a doubt I won't be sick another day in my life due to my supplementation habits.

I remember Suzanne Somers saying that same thing, and downing like 80 gigantic supplements a day... And then the bitch got cancer because she was nutjob thinking supplements are a cure all safety net. Not all medical conditions require surgery and fancy drugs, but medical conditions also don't require toxic overdoses of supplements many of us don't even need to begin with. Eat a healthy diet and many don't need daily vitamins or anything else.

its true that many claim this angle, but youngevity is the only one to deliver results. the idea of eating a healthy diet has killed more people than anything in history. its important but most people believe lies about dietary practices anyways

actually sickness is not passed person to person and this was already covered by one of my posts. You cannot catch a cold or a flu regardless of what everyone is brainwashed to believe. the flu and the cold and all sickness arises out of toxic input into the body. Anyone with an aquarium understands this.
