Smells exactly like the CHI/BKN series.

      DEN or no play.

Fish, you really think this Denver team that plays no defense can beat Golden State by 8, when golden state is this hot?

If Golden State gets down I could definitely see them mailing it in while they look forward to game 6 at Oracle

I think they've gotten down in all these games... haven't they?

Not sure if they have been but being up 3-1 on the road makes it really tough to get a win. Could see this inexperienced team checking out of it and blowing a cover

Well that's what I thought about Brooklyn, could they really win by 7+ after what we saw of them the last 3 games. And I believed yes because that close-out game factor on teh road is huge and teams do not play the same (as we saw with Bulls) and the home team comes out with more urgency.

I'm not sold on DEN one bit but in this instance, I like the situation. I believe Warriors will finally cool off a bit in their shooting just because of some nerves that come with closing a series on the road. Denver has been a solid home team and I expect they are good enough to avoid a defeat on their court B2B and get thrown out in their own gym.

And the line on this game is pretty reflective of what Vegas thinks. Sure they've been off in this series but they have a good read on it by now and I think have set the line accordingly - which indicates a DEN win, comfortably.

With their backs against the wall, I definitely think Denver will be tough tough to beat in this spot, but I haven't seen anything to make me believe the Warriors couldn't cover 8 points. Warriors favored or +2 or something, definitely lean away, but +8?

                    Game 1: Nuggets 97 - Warriors 95 (Warriors +2)
                    Game 2: Warriors 131 - Nuggets 117 (Warriors -14)
                    Game 3: Warriors 110 - Nuggets 108 (Warriors -2)
                    Game 4: Warriors 115 - Nuggets 101 (Warriors -14)

At the least, Warriors +8 doesn't seem like a terrible bet.

Not terrible but not worth a large bet. I don't like fading home teams in elimination games.

Agreed. Although, I'm not gonna lie, I'm tempted to stake a few units on it. I really shouldn't though. Nevermind, I'll just watch it and keep an eye on the in-game lines, maybe check out some player props when they come out.
