This spread still seems ridiculous. How are the Lakers gonna keep it closer than they have before in this series? Goudelock and Morris can't carry this team for a whole game and Gasol and Howard can only do so much, even with Splitter out. Gasol had a triple double last game and they lost by 30+, I mean come on.

As for how big do you go, I got 3 units on the Spurs spread right now. Am up 2 units on the early games and thinking of putting that on the Spurs as well to make it an even thousand.

i agree, dont see how the lakers could keep it close when theyve been getting blown out every game, and with all the injuries, it's even less possible. Poppo is going to pound them in the first half and hope his starters are out by the 4th quarter getting some rest for next series.

thats what scares me about this line. i could easily see the Spurs being up +20 after the 3rd. starters out in the 4th, LAL brings it back to within 10 in the 4th.

Spurs bench should at least keep pace with the Lakers bench and possibly even increase a big lead. I wouldn't worry about a backdoor in this game, there are no Dunleavy's playing for the Lakers.

Yea trying to not over think it. But I've noticed that coaches dont take out starters till it really over. A 15 point lead will keep starters in til last minute, a 20+will put bench in with 2 or 3 mins left. And Spurs bench is not bad, they are partly the reason that the lead went to 30 last game

Just be careful with it, heh. I remember eyeing a +17 line that looked like a gold mine but turns out it would've been a terrible terrible idea. Realistically, the Laker beatdown should be worse than it was last time.
