Mon, Dec 29 Curious Crazy World Quarters and HT losers
play favs on the ML, for dogs take the points, take the -1/2 instead of the ML if the -1/2 has a better price.

    1st Quarter Plays
New Jersey Nets 1Q Loss, Double up 2Q Win
Phoenix Suns Double up 2Q Win
Memphis Grizzlies Double up 2Q Win

    Adding:
Denver 1Q Loss, Double up 2Q Win
    Detroit 1Q Win
    Houston 1Q Win
    Utah 1Q Win
    Toronto 1Q Win

If a 1Q play loses martingale the successive Quarters until you get a win.

    HT loser plays
For each game, take the team that is losing at HT and play the 3Q, if the 3Q loses, double up on the 4Q.
    Results
Denver 3Q loss, 4Q double up Loss
    Nets 3Q Win
    Orlando 3Q Win
    Oklahoma City 3Q Win
    Minnesota 3Q Win
Houston 3Q Loss, Double up on 4Q Win
Philly 3Q Loss, Double up on 4Q +2 1/2 Win
    Toronto 3Q Win

    Great record

    Curiuos,
That's a great record, well worth following. Could you let me know what book(s) allow you to bet the 4th quarter after the third quarter has finished?
    Thanks.

are you betting these teams on the ML or the spread? i was sort of confused by your sentence describing it.

For example, on 1Q bets I see:

Nets at -1.5 for the spread, and -160 on the ML.
Suns at -3 for the spread, and -220 on ML
Grizzlies at +1 for the spread, and +110 on the ML

which of these do you play?

          yeah, I saw that sentence

play favs on the ML, for dogs take the points -- I understand this part

take the -1/2 instead of the ML if the -1/2 has a better price -- Confused by this. I am fairly new to sports betting. Can you give me a quick example of how that would work?

im not gna try this 2nite, but ill follow.

but 2 clarify, you play the losing team at half time for 2nd half as well as 3rd qtr? and if the 3rd quater loses you double on 4th? which makes a possibility or half time, 3rd and 4th?

                NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

You do not play the 2nd Half.

Take the loser of the 1st half and play them for the 3Q. If they are a fav use the money line, if they are a dog take the points.

If this team loses the 3Q, then double up on them in the 4Q.

                Example:
Team A playing Team B, at Halftime Team B is losing, Team B is a dog
                3Q take Team B + the points

                Team B loses 3Q

4Q double up on Team B (take the points)

If Team B wins 3Q then you stop.

Quarters go 8-0, HT losers go 6-1...1 pending

Quarters go 8-0, HT losers go 6-1 with a double up 4Q loss on Denver...Philly barely covers the 4Q giving us a scare.

                      Toronto 3Q pending

We finish up 8-0 on the Qs and 7-1 on the HT losers.

Well I dunno what Sportsbooks allows NBA ML quarter betting. Anyone know? So Curious this is just a hobby? How do you check if online sportsbetting is legal in your jurisdiction. I hadn't even thought about this until you just put that disclaimer up. Makes sense.

I thought about legality when I saw gambling on politics on some sportsbook! I would firmly advocate abolishing gambling + politics in any jurisdiction! I mean sports are really bad enough, remember what a big problem it was in boxing. Are there associations that watch to NBA or NFL teams "throwing" games. It certainly seemed that BOS and the CAVs were doing that (and what a perfect time too). The holidays! Blame Boston's pathetic loss on the holidays Not sure I buy it.

Curious maybe this is why a colleague told you not to "pick" ML's over 1000. I remember you saying that.

Curious what are you "doubling up" by the way in the quarters? ML ROI's or just wager risk amount? Also the the ML's change quarter by quarter with your SB? I have never looked at ML lines this way (quarter by quarter ML movement).

What are the 1st Quarter plays based on? Are you basing this on the team with the better 1st Quarter record for the year? Past season?

this is just another example of a dumb play....we all had to listen how curious was the master of college basketball and then he lost his shirt betting 45000 to win 300, yes he says he did that.........now he gives us a system that 99 percent of books don't allow you to do. do you think the books don't know the theory of doubling up? thats why they only offer quarters betting before the game starts.give it up curious nobody follows your systems cause nobody can play them. you really are not too bright

@Zackattack, hey don't talk if u don't know what your talking about. i use this method on 5Dimes. before the quarter starts you have a few minuets to place your bets.

Zack attack is correct. Most books will not allow you to use this method and if they do, not on all games. If you use a private book, 99% not a chance or they wont be in business to long.

This halftime action always hits and its why I brought it up. The problem is its not often you can cash in on it.
