Took Jazzs -2 in 2H. Down by 8 points and about 8 seconds to go, they fouled the thunders which is fine. Then Mo Willam hold the ball till last second without trying to shoot. Why would you foul if you were not going to shoot?

This happens all the time and I notice it a lot. It almost always effects the spread too. It makes no sense.
