Lakers play well against the Hornets in N.O. Although they have been playing some weak ball lately while the Hornets have been surging. I also don't like the fact that Farmar isn't backing up Fisher on a PG like Paul.

Kobe will take over. Lakers take it in a close game.

That's a pass for me. I don't get any call right whenever the Lakers are involved. If I fade the Lakers, they win. If I play them, they lose. If I play Over, it goes Under. If I play Under, it goes Over. If I play Lakers TT, I'll get it wrong. The Lakers are a plague! Avoid them!

Farmar needs surgery on his knee now so the Lakers aren't as deep as everyone thinks they are. Fisher/Kobe will be logging more minutes and they will be on a back to back where they fought their tails off to come back and beat Memphis. I just can't see the Lakers as underdogs but they still have a lot of problems on the court. The Hornets will run pick and roll with Paul/Chandler or pick and pop with Paul/West. It won't really matter which one they run because the Lakers have trouble defending both. Bynum doesn't protect the paint and Gasol is a another typical European that plays soft for a big man. Paul will get into the paint at will tomorrow and do as he pleases. The Lakers might ride their momentum from the Memphis game, but as always they'll blow a lead and once the Hornets seize control, there will be no turning back. IF the Lakers do lead at halftime, I'll probably take the Hornets for the second half anyways because they are normally a second half team as it is.

You guys are debating the Lakers when there are a lot of other games on today? These guys need some direction before they step back on the court. They are seriously lost and can't find the missing link. They are blacklisted just like Detroit in my book. They been blacklisted for more than 2 weeks now.
