It is yes. No past history. I can assure you I'm an honest guy (for whatever that's worth all stiffs say that as well).

Was only able to get a 100 down yeah. But now to my surprise I was able to get another hundo on it about an hour later (I tried immediately after they wouldn't let me but an hour later yes, whatever). Keep trying it could work.

it didn't, which surprised me. when i tried to add something else straight after, they said i couldn't until the line moved or the limit changed. so i decided i'd check every now and then for line moves (was kicking myself for not putting some yesterday). when i checked again was still -110 but they let me. maybe it changed and then changed back

yeah that's what I would guess, that there was a move.

Many books, including 5 Dimes, will let you place another limit bet if there's a move.

So in the NASCAR forum, for example, 5mike5 will bet a HTH at -120 for the limit and then when they move it to -140 or whatever, he can bet again
