Ok, So the battle is b/t me and this dude names Tland. He thinks I suck and my record is BS and when I lose I count them as a win so my percentage stays high. So, we are having a friendly competition to see who does the best after 100 games. Some rules
1. We are picking 100 games and best record after 100 games win.
2. No limit on the amount of games bet each day, but you do have to bet at least 1.
3. When you make your official plays for the day, you cannot edit that post.
4. I'll keep tracks of our records and you should too. Others can keep track to make sure no one is cheating.
5. If anyone has any rules, just post them.
So, tonight.
Orlando -12
Orlando is coming off an impressive win over the Lakers on Saturday winning by 3. That makes 4 straight wins last losing to the Suns by 1 point. One of thier wins was a win at Golden State winning that game by 11. Golden State has been off recently losing 7 out of their last 10 games. They are still shooting the ball pretty well, but their defense sucks. Orlando at home tonight will dominate this struggling Golden State team who is weak on the road. Orlando beat them once and will most likely destroy them again.
It's funny, theirs 5 more games on the card for the day and I just have no more feelings.
I may still play the Rockets. they are playing pretty good right now and the Nets are inconsistent. The Nets destroyed the Jazz at home then lost to the Heat. They play like the Knicks at time scoring over 100 at times then scoring in the 8-'s the nest game. No one on the Nets will be able to stop Yao and he should be able to get a solid 20+ Points and 10+ rebounds. For that reason alone I think I just convinced myself to take the Rockets.
So, I will take the rockets at -4.
Lakers just haven't been covering lately. They lost 2 straight and even before then haven't been covering while winning thier games, so I'll sit that game out.
Portland/ Denver game will be a good one, I could make a reason to bet both, so nothing there.
Toronto/Clippers- Same thing. Not as good of a game, but I could easily convince myself to bet both ways.
NFL
Speaking to my dad, I said, hey dad what do you think the line would be on GB at Chicago. He was like, it has to be Chicago by at least 7. Now, he gambles but only on Poker. He doesn't do the sports betting. I told him the real line of 4 and he said you better throw down a good size bet on that. He knows I do all this and I let him know everyday how I do, so when he says I should bet big, I'll listen.
So big play of the night will be on the Bears -4.
