question about scoring points in 2nd half vs 1st half

Hey guys, is it true that a team will most likely score less points in the 2nd half than 1st half?

Or less points in the second quarter than 1st?

There are a lot of variables to that. The only team that show some consistency to that are the Celtics. They tend to score more in the 1Q than in the 2Q, especially in their home games.
