a PIECE OF CANDY tonight in the NBA
Wall with a great all around game last night as we improve our record to 7-3 with 176x of total profit. Our ROI is laughably near 61% because of the two POY nails, and our ATS record climbs to 7-1.

I also cashed the Knicks / Heat under for full game and 2h, which was posted in yesterday's thread. I hope some were able to get on those. I am not counting it on the record as neither play was posted as a lock; but we are heating up here, and I would hope we're all feeling good about what is to come with the playoffs approaching.

    Lock record: 7-3 +176x
    Lock ATS: 7-1 +218x
    POY: 2-0 +135x
    Total units risked: 290x / Avg play: 29x / ROI: 60.69%

Tonight we move our attention to the ATL for 20x, where we look at a team rounding into prime playoff form and on its largest win streak in nearly two decades. During the win streak, they have climbed to what is essentially a tie among the top of their division with Indiana and are fighting for the 2 seed. The New York Knickerbockers have won 9 in a row and Carmelo is on fire coming off of a 50 point showing in which he went 7 of 10 from trey.

    Outlooks:

Knicks: "It's going to be a fight all the way to the end with Indiana and we want to win our division so these guys are playing for something," Woodson said. "So every game means something and it's important that we continue to win."

Hawks: "As we move forward as well, I'm going to have to limit some guys' minutes, still have some guys who are a little banged up, some guys that are tired so chances are we will be resting guys these last seven games," Drew said.

So basically, we can get the team whose coach feels they have more to play for, that has won 9 in a row, whose best player tied a career high with 50 a night earlier, that is more popular with the public, as a 2.5 point dog.

    Atlanta Hawks -2.5 -105

One positive note is that this man may have more trouble tonight in Philips Arena (if he plays, he's listed as questionable), as he recorded just 2 rebounds during 23 minutes of action yesterday in his return from an injury due to a bulging disc:

    FULL WRITE UP TO COME:

Knicks are a better team than Atlanta with everyone playing. And Atlanta may rest their players yet you're backing them anyway?

Prime let down spot. Just beat heat. Back to back. Huge public play.

I'd rather it just hold strong. There are plenty of times when public pounds one side and the line never moves. I thought this line opened very low and is now getting even lower. I was expecting ATL -3.5 with Knicks on b2b and the chance Chandler doesn't play.

Harris OUT for sure, and when Chandler is called OUT to, the line will for sure get back..

OMG. you guys are awesome. Definitly not playing hawks because this could go either way. play the over in this one because the knicks have something to play for and point spread is pointing to hawks. gonna be some offense tonight.

It opened -2.5, hit 1.5 solidly, and is now -1.5/2. Everyone that's been around SBR for any reasonable amount of time knows that you don't like any play EVER if the line moves a single point of juice away from the opener on Pinnacle. Clearly, God forbid you to bet on anything that's moved half a point. Thank you for the update.

I would say play the 1h if you like the over, personally. I am actually considering a 2h under in this game and will post if I can if/when I bet it. If you took the 2h under on any game featuring two teams from the same conference currently in the top 8 seeds in their conference for the last month, I'm pretty sure you're up big. I can guarantee you're up without even checking results / back testing.

Funny that you come into my thread about Home Dogs and talk about the line moving against all them, yet the line is moving against your Hawks play and you disregard it. Just saying. Thanks for the update in my thread by the way.

J Roll, I respect that play immensely. Nail a 2 team parlay, nail another one, bankroll.

Throw down brother, I hope you hit.

Another play I like tonight is Cleveland +5. I am going to throw a small amount on it. Good luck to anyone playing this game as well, but let's go Hawks tonight.
