Washington/Phoenix are horrible

Anyone else completely baffled by the insanely horrible play put forth by these teams in the second half? I had the over 193. Thought I was pretty damn golden at halftime with 104 points scored. 89 points in the second half? No problem. What happens? Washington scores a whopping 29 and Phoenix scores an amazing 34. These teams are a joke.
