Note: I didn't post this in the NCAA thread because I don't even want to look at it.
I’m just curious… did anyone else take a serious beating today (Saturday) or was it just me? I’ll be honest, I’m a pretty darn good NCAA football capper, I can hold my own in the NFL, and just started capping NBA and NCAA BB this year and all my statistics and probability college courses came in handy because I’m not too bad thus far. Up until today, I had a fantastic record across the board – I make tons this year.
Let’s talk about today… I got crushed, creamed, and shredded! I mean, I took the biggest beating I ever took in any sport today on any single day – hands down. The day went south in a hurry when I lost $675.00 on the 12:00 college games. That downward spiral continued into the early evening. I don’t know what on earth took place at the college level, but it seemed like every single dog covered. If the dog didn’t cover, well I was on the dog side and the favorite covered. I played chase the entire day and night (which is a no-no) because I lost just about every college game other than Georgetown, UCLA, and UMass. To make matters worse, I left late last night to hang out with my friends and when I got home a few minutes ago I figured I would have won something to make up for the drought. Nope, Cavs, Mavs, Nets didn’t cover jack nor did my parlays. Today I managed money horribly and I know better so it’s nobody’s fault other than mine of course since it comes with the territory, but just curious… who else got creamed?
