Hedging question

I haven't really hedged 2H before much and was seeking advice.

I took Golden State -2.5 for the game for 50$.

At halftime, they are down 50-48 to Houston.

2H line is is GS -1

Do I play HOU +1 2H to that one of them wins (minus the tiny window between the two occuring)? if so, how much should I wager?
