Wizards@Toronto +4.5/-4.5 right now... thoughts?

I'm imagining the line dropping in favour of the Wizards by game time, what is the right move?

If the line moves to 3.5, I will make a small play on the Toronto ML. Tough to read these 2 teams, both have been playing well, but the advantage is Toronto playing at home, especially with Rudy Gay playing well. I think if this was before they got Gay, it would be a -2 Raptor line and I feel he is worth the extra -4.5. HOWEVER, I think the Wiz can keep it tight, so Id like to just play the ML.

don't forget Kyle lowery too play well, also Toronto had beaten Washington on road on feb 19 this year already with decent margin,
i say tor -4.5 is as good as it get.
