MEM -8 first half @ home vs ORL.....thoughts?
-14 full game was tempting, but I can see MEM getting up big on an undermanned ORL team and relaxing late. First half -8 is tempting.

That's a lot of points to cover in only 24 minutes for a team that is pretty offensively challenged.

Took Orlando +8 1 half personally Memphis can be hit or miss on offense

I sprinkled some cash on Orlando Magic Team Total UNDER 86, more on the UNDER 185.5, and some on Memphis spread -14 for game. Not sure what's gonna happen. Ugly start here. At least the Game UNDER looks good thus far.

Orlando is playing with balls so far. Doubt their shooting will stay this hot all night tho.

If Magic players start fouling out could be interesting

they can't play with less than 5 players. if they only have 5 players. the person who fouls out stays on the floor and every time he commits another foul it is an automatic technical.

The Magic are getting hella lucky with 3 pointers and other field goals. The -8 first half is prolly fukked at this point.

Logic should tell you all that Orlando will drop it after half time, this is why -14 is a better pick than -8 1st half.

I think for that to happen, the Magic need at least one quarter that is extremely low scoring for them. They have far surpassed expectations so far. They've hit too many 3's for one thing.

If you were Lionel Hollins, wouldn't you tell your guys to play at a faster pace to wear down the Magic? Wouldn't you also tell them to attack the rim knowing the Magic can't afford to get themselves into foul trouble?

                          Makes no sense...

Memphis only started playing well towards the end of the 1st half. Magic coincidentally started missing their shots those last 3 or 4 minutes of the half. Orlando should most likely have at least one quarter coming up that is a straight up drought. Otherwise, Memphis ain't gonna cover tonight. Memphis is on the right track now tho.

Late push got 'em up 5. Oh well, that was a sh!ts and giggles play. Just moved from Orlando so after years of watching, it's easy to bet AGAINST them
