So basically in the NBA if you miss a short shot its a foul if u make it no call
The time it takes them to blow the whistle on some of these shots is ridiculous like 2 seconds go by after hes shot...its missed...its rebounded by the other team...AND WHISTLE WILL SEND HIM TO THE LINE
