    Lakers last night, Warriors tonight
Golden State led 92-79 with 8:47 left. The Warriors were -4 and the O/U was 203 (heavy RLM from a 206 open). Both GS and the over were public plays. Remember, both public plays cashed in the first game.

The Warriors, out of nowhere, score EIGHT points in the final 8:47. They win by 3. Game goes under. There only needed to be 32 points in the last 9 minutes of the game for the total to go over. There were 26. In nine minutes. And the Mavs miraculously cover to boot.

    Lakers redux.

Dude man, starters get tired. Then there are scrubs like Wright and Crowder that shouldn't be playing NBA ball.

Starters get tired and the defense tightens up down the stretch in a close game. Maybe the line takes that into account?

Yup, missing key players which makes the bench even more suspect. Then there's the Mavs bench which really sucks, except for Carter.

Yesterday's game was lost because Kobe decided to go one on five and not let his pg handle the ball. Kobe got to be one of the worst teammates to play with.

I agree starters get tired. But one field goal in the last 8+ minutes of the game from a playoff team at home against an opponent that doesn't play D?

The Lakers played that entire fourth quarter in an absolute fog. They couldn't have looked worse if they were actually throwing the game.

If you think that sucks, THIS is the all time worst Warriors performance in the history of bad 4th quarter performances

The Total for the game was 215.5 and the Warriors Team Total was 105.5

I was already trying to figure out what I was going to bet my money from the Team Total and Game Total on after the 3rd quarter.

It CANNOT get worse than this.

Kobe changed the game plan. Even the commentators saw that last night. Kobe really is faking it when he says it is all about the team and him getting shots for his teammates.

so in their 4th game in 5 nights @ Cleveland and with even less people playing (no Barnes Bogut or Landry) they didn't get tired and continued to make shots all 4th quarter and won by 10+

but at home... with more starters playing... with more rest.... they, they, they....

                              NBA is amazing

Iight guys this is getting old... So than why didn't u bet against the public if u were so sure it's a fix
Edit: oh and I do believe sports are fixed, but not every public play loses or it would be 2 easy for us
Edit2: and if u can't handle losing find a new hobby

Mavs +3 so had to settle for a push! There was a time in 4th where GSW was missing EVERYTHING in sight.. layups, open jumpers you name it. Everytime they clanked one tho Dallas went down to the other end and looked like a jv squad with the bone head moves they were making on offense. GSW was missing some stupid shit but at least they were running a conventional looking offense while Dallas just looked like a sloppy old whore at times. Oh well push city for me but a 2-1-1 night overall!

Had Lakers ML last night and Warriors -2.5 tonight.

I will take a 1-1 split and accept the NBA is one mysterious league.

I just accept all the bizarre / bullshit things that go on in it.

Way I see it is if you are prepared to gamble on this league you just have to accept these things will happen and hope that in the long run they balance out.

That is messed up. Don't good coaches rest their starters in the beginning to the middle of the fourth quarter?? That way the starters will be fresh enough for the last 5 minutes!!

Way I see it is if you are prepared to gamble on this league you just have to accept these things will happen and hope that in the long run they balance out.
Exactly. I'm not surprised by it at all. It's just hilarious the way it all unfolds.

I've always said that it wouldn't surprise me if a ref gets knocked out by a chair so the opposing team can score WWF-style.
