gotta think this is an auto play. Rockets struggling lately while the Hornets are on the uprise with the return of Eric Gordon and the offense is finally back on stride and their playing like Western Conference team. Will gladly lay the 2.5 here.

There is no such team as the Pelicans, quit acting like a penetrating retard.

I would've said Hornets if I knew the name was gonna get more attention than the pick.

Gotta agree with you sir. From Covers:

            • Rockets are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
            • Rockets are 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games vs. a team with a losing S.U. record.
            • Rockets are 0-7 ATS in their last 7 road games.
            • Rockets are 0-9 ATS in their last 9 games overall.
            • Rockets are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest

            • Hornets are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.
            • Hornets are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 vs. NBA Southwest.
            • Hornets are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 vs. Western Conference.
            • Hornets are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games playing on 1 days rest.
            • Hornets are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games.
            • Hornets are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall.

Also doesn't help that Mchale came out in the ESPN preview and basically said that he doesn't trust Lin as a game closer so he opted to go with the rook Beverly during crunch time.

Will have to pull a not so fast...

I feel this is the right spot to take Houston.
They wont want to go under .500 Vs. what they likely view as an inferior team.

Just when most expect something to happen (NOH to win and continue the upswing, Houston continue to lose) it often doesn't work out.

I say NOH-2.5 here is for squares...
I think the pick is Houston+2.5
