There's a major upside to this guy. The Lakers offense is a bunch of puzzle pieces that don't fit. Howard is still a major force. People are killing him and forgetting about what a lousy job that Steve Nash is doing. Nash is simply "washed up". Mike D'antoni is an awful coach.
LA would be best suited to get rid of D'antoni and Nash. Gasol hasn't been able to be incorporated into the offense, but he's not a complainer and has brought championships to LA.
Kobe is a legend, but he'll never share the ball and with Howard, you must share the basketball. It's a dilemma because until he retires, this is Kobe's team.
This thing reminded me of when LA had Karl Malone and Gary Payton and thought that they were instant champions. It doesn't work that way. Players need to mesh and encourage others.
Kobe should lay off of Howard and teach him how to shoot the ball. If that doesn't work, split some of your league leading points and feed the big man.
