Toronto Is A Pinny Play Tomorrow

For those of you who care. Pinny holding at ORL -3.5 but being juiced at -121 right now, they were just at -128 about a half hour ago. Pretty much every other book is showing ORL -4. Toronto was a Pinny play just a few days ago against the Lakers and they won SU.

I actually liked Orlando until I saw this. I thought the line opened a bit low too, I thought it would open at -4 or -4.5 because Toronto will be on an OT b2b.

Isn't fading someone based on their reputation just as bad as tailing? There's a reason the best cappers tend to max out with a winning percentage around 57-60% long term. No one can lose 60% of the time over the long term either...

I don't post all my bets and I admit I was on the wrong side for those. Underestimated the new Wizards. Gotta keep getting sharper.

Saw the same thing and I'm playing the Raptors as well. B2B & OT are factors, but they can't be taken alone as a reason to back Orlando (ie: Chicago vs the Lakers the other day coming off 3 consecutive OT games). The Raptors managed their minutes well last night with no one playing more than 36 minutes. It's a very short trip from Miami to Orlando and Toronto hasn't had a very tough schedule lately. It's not a particularly tough B2B.

I also don't like the assumption that Orlando will necessarily bounce back here. It wasn't just one win. Toronto is 3-0 against the Magic this season, giving up 88, 86, and 90 points. The Raptors know this team and are confident when playing them. A lot has been made about the absence of Glen Davis, but the Raptors have been missing players in those games as well. Since winning 4 in a row in mid December (ending on the 21st), Orlando is 2-14. Let's not pretend they're not a bad team...
