    Thoughts on Dallas Mavericks -3
Play is totally square, but I like this play a lot. Mavs coming off a tough loss to OKC, they don't play again until Friday. I'd expect them to come ready to play, and I think in the end they'll be too much for the Magic, especially if Jameer can't play.

    Thoughts.

I took a similar totally square mavs for a double dime play against the Wizz back in December. Im not sure about 2 units on this one but I certainly will play it either at - 3 (which I cant get right now) or at - 4. Mavs are gettin there groove back, if for one another OT loss might have gotten them down, the fact that they have gained like 5 games back in two weeks (or less) for the last playoff spot should help boost their confidence. Magic defense turned to shit as soon as Davis went out of the lineup and is not in full trenght yet. I really like the Mavs and specially Nowitzki, Kaman and Brand to dominate here and get a good win.

I'd definitely take -3, going to wait until an hour before the game begins to make my final decision as to whether or not I'll bet but I'll definitely be betting on the Mavs

Both teams play hard and are running into a little bad luck although I like Orlando myself.

Considering either going over or -3 on Dallas, which one?

Over is the safer bet. Both teams have gone over 4/5 of their last games to make it 8/10

Dallas playing better for the most part lately since getting Dirk back. However I just hate laying pts on the road with an iffy team. And Orlando is such a wildcard cause they live and die with the 3 ball so there results usually depend on their success from 3 land. GL

Interesting stat: out of the last 10 match-ups between them, the home team only won twice.

More importantly, correct me if I'm wrong... the underdog covered every spread in the last 10 match-ups.

But none of that matters. These two teams only play each other twice a year. Magic and Mavs are completely different teams than what they were in past seasons.

I bet over for this game, Jameer Nelson was able to shoot around this morning so hopefully he'll be available.
Mavs and Magic can easily go to over-time and they can both easily score in the 100's, if Jameer is ready to go.

Not easy, but I'll take it.

I love hitting these square plays.
