I was always under the impression that books did this to balance the action. their primary concern is getting as close to 50/50 as possible and just collecting juice. By offering better action on one side they can help balance it if it is getting to much action on the other side as well as increasing/ decreasing the point spread. Am I wrong here?

The one good thing about betting a team playing the Lakers is you know they will never go in playing half ass. As shitty as the Lakers are they are still one of the biggest name franchises in the NBA and teams know they get cool points for beating them. On the flip side of that LAL have sucked this year so hoping Toronto pulls this one out.

Yeah Celts are pretty square, but I can't pass them up in this spot. There is no doubt that previous Celtics team would show up in this spot, I'm still trying to figure out exactly how good this Celtics team is.
