I don't know man. I'll be on the -8.5 or I may buy the hook and go -8 if I take this but I am also a Bulls fan so my perspective can be clouded at times. The Bulls track record in these types of situations of course is not that great. Maybe 40 or 50% really. Look at some of their recent home matches against less than stellar teams. At home against Washington, the spread was -10.5, and the Bulls only won by 10 & therefore did not cover. At home against the Charlotte Bobcats during the daytime on New Years Eve they lost STRAIGHT UP. Days before this they beat the Knicks @ NY. Days after this they beat the Heat @ Miami. Just last night they beat the Knicks again @ NY (but Felton wasn't playing). A few days ago the Bulls lost at home straight up to the Milwaukee Bucks. You can almost let this one slide though since the Bucks are an on-and-off type team that might actually make the playoffs.

The Suns are pretty pitiful and on a losing stretch. They are coming off a back-to-back @ Brooklyn, but Bulls are coming off a back-to-back at New York (Knicks). As we know the Bulls beat the Knicks pretty handily, and the Suns got stomped by the Nets. If the Bulls can shut down Scola, Gortat, Dragic & Dudley, this game is a wrap. I'd rather see them utilize the bigs (Booz, Noah, Deng) rather than having little old Rip chuck up a million bricks like he did the other night against Milwaukee. The line seems pretty sharp, but I'd give Chicago the edge even in this situation. The Suns are a lottery team and the Bulls really could use some more home wins. I think their players are tired of getting shown up at home against most teams except Cleveland.

thanks I know..phoenix and charlotte are the two team I would never bet on...but in this case I don't trust chicago (I could be wrong of course)..I'll think it out.. good luck for your picks

Wish it happened, but it didn't. Except against Cleveland, the Bulls are trash at home against subpar teams. I don't think this will change until Rose comes back.

Yeah, honestly I was too reluctant to play Phoenix. Honestly, tonight was the night to play Miami. They finally got their blowout win.
