You think so? Any NBA team that shoots quickly scores more than the best NBA team that plays a lot of one on one.

They could score 200.

You can;t just make a blanket statement like that, it is a case-by-case thing. This particular game figured to have a low total, so it was not the same thing as a game with a suspiciously low total.
