The site is just a stats page, official stats for everything you can imagine in sports. I guess there are many like them.
Betting 1st Quarters in NBA in my experience is VERY hard (coinflip really), and because of that I think the only way
you can MAYBE have a reference of what is going to happen in the first 12 minutes is the official numbers and statics of each team. In the game at hand you can see a big difference in the margin stat for Philly (-4.5) and that COULD be something that tonight can help to cover the line. USUALLY sixers start slow, but that is not a gimmie. Again, in MY experience betting 1st Q is more of a coinflip.
