Going to help your thread out a bit today, because I am also on the nets tonight. Hopped on them as soon as I heard Novak was out, Wallace is still going to sit and I heard the coach say in a pregrame interview where they said they will exercise caution with melo (who says his ankle is still swollen), will not rush him into the game just because its a rivalry game. So Knicks will be for sure missing two key players (Novak and Wallace) and probably Melo. +6 almost seems like a gift here (even though the nets have been playing crap), I think they win straight up or at very worst, lose a close one that comes down to the last possession.

I don't see how Knicks injuries improve Nets terrible defensive issues.

Its quite common on national televised games whatever the media is selling you to fade.

Less offensive firepower makes it easier on the D as they wont have to spread the floor as much. Novak and Wallace are both perimeter shooters. Only have to worry about Smith and Kidd now on the perimeter and Smith has been struggling.

Nah, he is back in the starting line-up, was just announced. But I agree, he shouldn't be 100%. Should be a fun game either way.

Lol, the Nets are still sorry as phuck. Anytime you let a scrub a$$ Utah team beat you at home, you know you sucks. Nets offense is terrible. Deron Williams doesn't like the offensive schemes and its best to fade the Nets from now on..

lol I know, already knew this. But Im not going to lie, I made this bet based on hoping Melo would sit out one more game (which is what it sounded like to me). Thought the rivalery and lack of Novak, Melo and Wallace would be enough for the nets to at least cover +6. But right when I placed my bet, bam, announced Melo is back in lol. Oh well.
