Does anyone here attend games on a pretty regular basis?

It's nice to get out and just enjoy a game without betting on it once in a while.

I goto OKC games from time to time and it's always pretty enjoyable.

On of my best friends who works for the Thunder covers the opposing team' shoot around and he always gives me fun facts about the teams and players that you don't always here about.

Yesterday he end of OKC's shoot around consisted of a serious free throw shooting contest while Sacramento's consisted of a half court shooting contest for $500 a shot in which James Johnson won and Travis Outlaw was heckling everyone.

So the Bulls played a pre-season game in Champaign against the Cavs. A friend of a friend is a media major and covers U of I sports for interviews, etc. He had the privilege of covering the Bulls when they traveled to Champaign. Anyway, he gained access to the Bulls locker room to interview Thibs and who's waling around butt-ass naked with a forearm between their legs?


Nate Robinson. He said a fellow reporter had to double take it was so big.

My friend/college roommate got a job with the NBA in Secaucus, New Jersey right out of college. He then moved back to Oklahoma a few years ago and got on with the Thunder.

His main job is to stay in the office and watch every Thunder game. He makes highlight tapes and uploads them to http://www.nba.com/thunder/. He is also responsible for capturing every highlight that involves a sponsor (ex. Honda drive of the game) and submitting them to the sponsor for the sponsor to review.

He covers the afternoon shoot arounds for the opposing teams and he is the camera man for the interviews in the locker room after the game. He doesn't ask questions, just films.

He told a similar story. He was filming an interview with Westbrook and Durant's locker is directly behind Russel's. He said Durant dropped his tall and it was straight ass shot so he had to quickly move the a camera at an angle that was looking right up Westbrook's nose. LOL.
