Anyone do Quarter plays: Minny -3?

I'm thinking about doing Minny -3 over Cleveland. Let me know what you all think.

Minny averages 26.2 in the 1st Q, 31 over the last 3
Cleveland averages 24.5 and 18.7 over the last 3 (w/o Waiters and Irving)

Are Quarter bets just a stay-away or should I try this one?

I've been rolling with 1q and 1h plays for Minnesota for the past couple of times they play. And so far they won me money each time. I think I'm like 4-4 with them. 1q and the over usually hit from what I've been seeing. The only problem I see with this game is that the cavs just got a beat down recently but so did the wolves. I say it's worth a shot
