I think the first teaser is your best bet.

I like your 2nd ML a lot. Good value, but its tough to hit three "toss-ups" in the NBA. For your teasers, I'd prob say the first one, but personally I would trade OKC -3.5 out for Memphis -3.5; a lot more line value IMO even though the Grizzlies are playing on the road.
