Friendly tip to every Laker not named Dwight Howard
Do NOT high-five Howard after every miss! By high-fiving him after a missed free throw you are reinforcing a negative aspect of his game. You are conditioning him to fail and it's costing you games! Instead, ONLY high-five after he makes both free throws.

I just want to know whose ass Kobe is going to be kicking first. Pau? Steve Nash? Mike D'Antoni?

Good idea. Dwight says he plays this game to win a championship but I suspect he's really only in it for the high-fives. If the high-five withdrawal doesn't kill him, it will make him stronger

I've never understood why guys high five after EVERY free throw. All you are doing is getting the guys hand sweaty for him to not grip the ball on the next shot. Also, why reset yourself after every made shot? Stay still and make the next free throw dummies.

Assume Kobe rotates on defense or jumps for the rebound instead of standing there waiting for it to come to him they win with Dwight even hitting 40% of FTs.

From a mental aspect, at the free throw line, yes.

These last 2 games Lakers have played should have been easy wins but they lost because of late 4qtr excessive fouls on Dwight which brought the opponent to win so how will Lakers find a way to win and close games? Like Kobe said post conference " we are going to need to find a way to use Dwight to our advantage"
