Did you ever see a QB or pitcher with muscles?

Only one I can think of and is Tebow if you wanna call him a QB,he is a freak of the position only because in reality he is not a QB by definition..............

He's like a football player playing basketball. Ridiculous athlete, no finesse whatsoever.

I was at the game tonight and I was embarrassed for him. He was mentally finished tonight. The crowd heckled the hell out of him and he just caved in. Dude needs a psychiatrist.

It's why most coaches will advice you body-weight exercises, instead of pumping iron. It helps your natural balance."

Guy benches 365 lbs. Is that really neccesary in the NBA? NFL guys his size that don't bench that much.

Also he does have rather large hands which makes the ball feel like those mini ones do for the rest of us at the video game parlors. Sure doesn't help.
Dwight didn't start lifting seriously until after his first season in the league so that theory is retarded.

As for "NFL guys his size that don't bench that much." First of all, there are precisely zero players the same height as Dwight in the NFL. There may have been 1, ever, and the tallest now is ~6'9.

And 99.9% of those NFL guys even remotely close in height weigh well over 300lbs or within a hair's breath of it. Dwight weighs about 280ish which is being generous (he's listed 265).

Every single one of those lineman would out bench Dwight Howard with ease.

Jordan famously got into strength training after the Piston's "Jordan Rules" defense took its toll on him physically. I don't think anyone would say he lost his touch because of it.

There's no evidence Dwight was into weight room training any more than other NBA players before coming into the league, so the psuedo-science doesn't add up. It should be noted that he has ridiculous natural genetics as well (like practically everyone in the NBA to some degree).

            Plus ... it's Yahoo f*cking Answers.
