flat staking......half the battle is staying in the game........you will win less but your chances of being wiped out go down as well, 50.00 on a 300.00 bankroll, 100.00 on a 600.00 bankroll

Typically cappers range from 1-5% on their unit sizes. I think 5% is way too aggressive. I stick with about 3% a unit playing 1-5 unit plays but i rarely go above 2 unit plays. Also, I know others compound their unit sizes with their current bankroll so their unit size increases as they're running hot and decrease as they're running cold. It depends on your style and how you bet, how many games you bet, and how longrun are you forecasting.
