Maybe some kind of filter would make the play more efficient. I was going to say the filter could be "don't make the auto play if the other team is a top-tier team that tends to demolish its opponents", but if you applied that as a filter then you wouldn't have caught the OKC/MN game...maybe just "don't make the auto play against the spurs" would work (joking)....I do have a vague recollection that the Spurs were involved in another loss, I think to Memphis...

I'm on the Heat. They can beat just about anybody by any amount if they are motivated enough. If the bigjah system can predict MN to cover (and beat) OKC, then it should be easy for it to predict a double-digit win by MIA over the hobbled Magic. The big question is how much to bet...

day 1 lose straigh up
day 2 lose straight up
day 3 off
day 4 bet ats

Just found your thread and was curious if you had the results (backtested) for the same results but the two days off instead of one. According to research two days is the optimal resting period for teams and the 1st game back after 2 days off usually generate a higher offensive & Defensive efficiency.

Example according to the research teams coming off two days rest allow 1.1 less points per possession, score .3 points more per possession and have a .5 higher pace / possessions per game.
