I'm leaning towards a Clippjoint cover or possible SU win in SA tomorrow. This team is rolling right now and think the line is what it's supposed to be since the Spurs lost to them at Staples and have the "revenge" factor. Regardless, I don't know how u can take the Spurs in this spot. The Clippers r in tune with each other right now and rolling. They've beaten the Heat, Spurs, Portland and Lakers recently. Portland on a tail end of a B2B on the road. This team is primed to keep it going in SA. Will make an official play on the game after I do some final research but I'm really starting to like the Clippjoint plus points.

There's 3 reasons why I'm starting to love this play:
1. No significant injuries. They're playing with the same group during the 5 game win streak and growing more in tune with each other.
2. They played a B2B after beating the Heat at home and traveled to Portland, where its tough to play, and won. That was a perfect spot for a letdown after a big win at home against the Heat. This team is mentally tough and improving.
3. They already beat the Spurs, albeit at home, but they beat them handily. At most this spread should be SA -1.Comment -

Its going to come down to LAC, Spurs, Memphis, LAL and OKC in the West. East really only has Knicks and Miami going for it and Im not even t threatened by Miami though I am about the Knicks, I dont see Boston going anywhere this year. Clippjoint play underrated defense. They're a tough bunch and they can go 9 deep. Thats relentless play throughout the game that I think will ultimately be too much for the Spurs. U got Bledsoe and Crawford coming off the bench. Manu is good but he's older now and lost a step.Comment -

dating back to 2010 clips have won only once at spurs home when they played them. granted this is a new team but i doubt clips roll into s.a and win again. just my opinion. good luck though but im rolling with the spurs.Comment -
Trends and stats r one of the most overused, sometimes, overrated way to cap a game IMO. Granted, we use statistics to cap games but have to look at them objectively. We can't really consider trends dating back to last year for this Clippers team because they're vastly improved. I'm not saying its a lock that the Clippers will win SU. I think they have a good chance to pull out a win, but my lean is that they'll cover the 4.5. I'm pretty sure the Clippjoint will be a public play with points but I still think they cover.Comment -
