Yes, I've only done preliminary research but this is one of the highest totals of the year. Might be the highest total so far. What people don't realize is that the Lakers were scoring a descent amount of points when they were struggling. Now, with Mike D coaching and implementing his offense, I can see another up and down game like the one against the suns. The Rockets are also no slouches on the offensive end. They have a bunch of bombers from the perimeter. The Lakers always get burned by good perimeter shooting teams. Not an official play yet but I'm leaning strongly towards the over.

Another angle I see here is that Kobe will get revenge on Lin for that game in MSG last season. I think Lakers will cover first half nicely and game. But I think first half is the best bet here.

For 2nd half, the only way I see it not hitting is that Rockets realize they can't go shot for shot with Lakers and focus on D. Hopefully that doesn't happen and they go for blazes and glory.
