Yes, they beat bad teams, but that's who they've played. It is what it is. Lakers didn't just beat bad teams -- they beat bad Detroit and then they beat 2 more bad teams because the teams had lost key bigs so they were vulnerable to being abused in the paint. If the Spurs bigs can put up enough of a battle to not be completely dominated, and Kawhi Leonard can pester Kobe enough, the game should be won easily by Spurs firepower coming off the bench, as well as Parker dominating Duhon/Morris (Blake is out). I don't really look into the teams the Lakers beat, but the performance. And their performances against the Kings and Detroit did not impress me at all. The Spurs don't just have the better team and way better coach, but their bench is one of the best in the NBA, and looks even better when compared to Lakers unproductive one. The bench plays a huge part in these big clashes. Still not sure if Parker is back, and if he is, not sure if he is 100%, which is the only factor holding me back.Originally posted by pip2
