Philly coming off a good win in Boston last night, has to travel to Toronto on a back-to-back...Raptors are rested, no Lowry tonight but that shouldn't be an issue, Calderon is more than capable of playing extended minutes. Philly is the worst offense team in the leage, averaging less than 88 PPG...line movement favors Toronto as well.
